We want you to be completely satisfied with your GUESS timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Pack Your Watch

  Carefully place the watch back in its original GUESS presentation box, ensuring all manuals, warranty cards, and extra links are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
